Builders are committed to seeing the Blueprint for House of Martha to fruition through an investment of talent, time and resources. Building is not for everyone, it required vision, developed skill sets, patients, tenacity and flexibility! Building is a risky business but also, we don’t HAVE to build, we GET to build.

Building is not for everyone. Its requires vision, willingness to develop new skills, patience, tenacity and flexibility! Building is a risky business but also full of great reward! We don’t HAVE to build, we GET to build! 


Requirements

  • Lined in Joy attitude

  • Willingness to grow both spiritually and in intentional community Quarterly Term Commitment

  • Quarterly Term commitment

  • Actively serving the Redeeming Martha community in servant leadership.

  • Responsiveness to all communications and supportive of social media platforms.

  • Yield to the covering of House of Martha. “We’ve got your back!”

  • Responsive to all communications.

  • Ability to attend most Gatherings and Events

  • Ability to attend Martha’s Building Meetings, every Tuesday at 5:30pm

  • Monthly commitment of time, talent, resources and or finances.

  • Open to end of term review. Discuss wins and opportunities for growth. Assess desired commitment and placement for the following term.
